In an effort to keep you better informed, I will be sending periodic emails, listing the upcoming and ongoing volunteer opportunities available throughout the agency. I hope that one of these possibilities will strike your interest and you'll consider volunteering your time.

Whether you have one day or just a few hours, your help is always very much appreciated. Please help make a difference in the lives of the children we serve:

Saturday, October 3rd: (Rain date: Sun. Oct. 4th)	Multi-Town YARD SALE 9:30am to 4:00pm Throughout Ridgewood, Ho-Ho-Kus, Wyckoff, Glen Rock & Vicinity plus Host Site: Riggs House, 148 Prospect St., Ridgewood
Help is needed to coordinate Riggs House the day of the event Volunteers are needed to set up, break down, sell food, oversee the kids area & sell merchandise The following shifts are available: 7:00 am - 10:00 am 9:30 am - 1:30 pm 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturday, October 24th:	Wine and Food Tasting Evening St Leon's Church, Fair Lawn 7:30pm to 11:00pm
Help is needed the night of the event including: Wine pouring Silent auction Gift bag distribution Food servers Auction check out

Sat. October 10th & Sun. October 11th Sat. October 17th & Sun. October 18th Sat. October 24th & Sun. October 25th Fri. October 30th & Sat. October 31st	Haunted Hotel Autoland Mall Rte 22 Springfield, NJ
2 volunteers are needed each evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm to man an agency information table, and be ghost & goblins in the Haunted Hotel. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the agency

Throughout the year there are on-going needs for volunteers within these programs:

- Baby Basics - Teach piano to child(ren) in the group homes - Tutor a child - Mentor a child - Administrative help in our offices - Serving on any of our fundraising committees - Working at The Depot
