Patty Dansen has been a foster and adoptive parent with Children's Aid and Family Services for seven years in the Medically Needy Infants and Toddlers Foster Care Program. During that time, she has fostered 16 infants and adopted two toddlers. She and her husband, Raymond, also have three birth children. Patty's own parents fostered two children when she was growing up, which showed her firsthand the difference nurturing can make to vulnerable children. Patty loves caring for the babies, giving them love and cuddles and seeing them smile, laugh and roll over for the first time.
