Kenneth and his partner, Petr, have been foster parents with Children's Aid and Family Services since 2009. They are currently fostering two older children that they hope to adopt. Kenneth has always wanted to be a parent. He and Petr decided to look into fostering about three years ago. They wanted to give a child the opportunity to grow up in a loving, supportive and stable home. Kenneth says that "their foster children have transformed their lives to that of sheer joy and total fulfillment."
