The Family Resource Room

Parents, individuals and families are invited to explore the Resource Room’s materials — books, videos, DVDs, and articles — that include information on child development, effective parenting, achieving family balance, managing stress, co-parenting and divorce, enhancing parent-child communication, eating disorders, bullying prevention, care giving to elders, learning disabilities, and numerous other life issues.

The Healing Garden

A resting place under shaded trees, the sight of beautiful shrubs and flowers, the sounds of song birds, the solitude of walking through a garden path and labyrinth with the sound of a gentle flowing stream guiding the way, the smells of aromatic plants and herbs...Our Healing Garden is a place like no other, designed specifically to help promote healing and wellness of mind, body and spirit. In addition to a labyrinth, the Garden includes shaded seating areas, gazebo, babbling stream, waterfalls and pond, a potting shed and children’s planting garden, a lawn area and a fountain. The Healing Garden provides a tranquil haven for quiet contemplation, reflection and inner replenishment, a place of respite from life’s daily stresses.
