(Paramus, NJ)- October 12, 2011 - The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources, a program of Children's Aid and Family Services, is presenting "Coping with Work and Family Stress." This free program is geared toward military personnel who are active or recently served overseas and are making the transition back to civilian life, as well as their families. It is also available to members of the National Guard and their families.
The program will help participants develop skills to manage the stress they often experience in navigating the challenges in their lives, such as finding employment and social support. Each participant will receive a $75 gift card upon completion of the four-session course.
