Dr. Oz Discusses Healthy Aging with Seniors



(Paramus, NJ) November 29, 2011 – Dr. Mehmet Oz, a heart surgeon at Columbia University and television personality, visited the Senior Center in Midland Park, NJ, a program of Children's Aid and Family Services. Speaking to more than 300 seniors about ways to stay healthy as they age, he discussed the need to control their blood pressure, stay physically active, exercise, eat healthy foods and reduce the stress in their lives.
