Children's Aid and Family Services' annual Wine and Food Tasting Evening is Friday, November 12, 2010 at The Women's Club of Ridgewood, 215 W. Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ. Presented by TD Bank, food is being provided by Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar, Chevy's Fresh Mex, Panera Bread, The Shannon Rose and wines by Carlo Russo's Wine and Spirit World of Ho-Ho-Kus. The evening also includes a silent auction featuring vacation packages, a baseball autographed by NY Yankee great Whitey Ford, Kate Spade handbags, a golf-themed wine basket and gift certificates for personal training sessions.
Tickets to the event cost $75 and proceeds will focus on supporting programs for infants and young children in the agency's care, including Baby Basics, which provides free nutritional formula and diapers to low-income families with infants and toddlers.
