| Since 1899, Children's Aid and Family Services has been working in the communities of New Jersey. Even if you haven’t heard of us, it is very possible you know someone who has been helped by our services, which have grown to meet the changing needs of the community. The result is a very wide range of programs ranging from daycare to adoption to elder care. |

For every Giants’ touchdown this season, Horizon BCBSNJ will donate $500 to help provide care for medically vulnerable children. Everyone hopes that the Giants will repeat last year’s Super Bowl success: donations will increase to $1,000 for every playoff touchdown and $2,500 for every touchdown scored during the Super Bowl.
